Steven Chen is a comedian from the DC area, who started standing up in 2012. He’s a local favorite and performs regularly at Hotbed and the DC Improv, and has been featured on Underground Comedy Fest, 50 First Jokes, PBS, Limestone Comedy Festival (2022), and Asian Comedy Fest (2023).
Walt Whitman once wrote, “standup for the stupid and crazy” and Steven thought, “hey, that’s not a bad idea.” His observations blur the lines between brilliance and idiocy, but at the end of the day, he’s just a darling fool.
